Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a Fleet Support Engineer to join their team. As a Fleet Support Engineer, you will be part of the Vehicle Development department supporting the Fleet Support Engineering and Sustaining Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations for sensor-related fleet issues.
Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through comprehensive log review to identify and resolve fleet issues.
Develop, update, and maintain troubleshooting guides for technicians, incorporating new fault diagnoses and resolutions.
Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tooling and improve issue detection capabilities, ensuring fleet reliability and performance.
What's Needed?
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles, focusing on perception systems and sensors.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and troubleshooting safety protocols.
Understanding of hardware and software systems architecture, including communication protocols in an operational setting.
Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts, with a holistic approach to problem-solving.
