Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in operations.
• 4+ years in an operations environment or Ryder role.
• Experience with Word and Excel; fleet management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning, scheduling and productivity metrics.
• Lead a self-directed management team across locations.
• Manage budgets, P&L responsibilities, and cost control.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies.
