Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager I to lead operations and personnel for 371–600 equivalent truck units across locations. You will drive labor planning, scheduling, and performance against metrics while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

This role develops future leaders and aligns shop activities with customer needs. The position is based in Goodlettsville, TN, with a Monday–Friday first shift. Salary paid weekly with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent experience in operations management preferred.
• Proven leadership of multi-location teams and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and productivity.
• Manage P&L and budget for maintenance operations.
• Lead customer relationship management and service quality.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and 6S/shop standards across locations.
