Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in operations or Ryder role is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize shop labor and scheduling to meet customer operating hours.
• Oversee training, performance management and staffing.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure uptime and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 6S shop standards.
