Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Lead Fleet Maintenance Technician to service tractors, trailers, and related equipment used for restaurant delivery. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, manage maintenance planning, and mentor other technicians.

Competenze

• EPA 608 & EPA 609 Certification and safe handling of refrigerants.
• Diagnostics and repair of brake systems (air/hydraulic).
• Diagnostics and repair of diesel engines and refrigeration units.
• Diagnostics and repair of hydraulic liftgates.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and be on call.

Mansioni

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance per specs and safety standards.
• Plan and dispatch daily/weekly/monthly maintenance with external vendors.
• Maintain parts inventory and track spend.
• Schedule equipment moves to maximize uptime for transportation teams.
• Communicate maintenance issues to Transportation/DC Operations promptly.
• Complete documentation and close work orders in the maintenance system.
