Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Lead Fleet Maintenance Technician to service delivery equipment, tractors, trailers, and related systems. You will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure uptime for transportation operations.

The role requires experience with diesel engines, brake and refrigeration systems, hydraulic liftgates, and strong English communication. A valid driver's license and willingness to work nights/weekends are necessary.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 & EPA 609 Certification.
• Diagnostics/repair of brake systems (air and hydraulic).
• Diagnostics/repair of diesel engines.
• Diagnostics/repair of refrigeration unit systems.
• Diagnostics/repair of hydraulic liftgates.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance per specs and safety requirements.
• Plan and dispatch maintenance activities; coordinate with external vendors.
• Maintain parts inventory and conduct monthly audits.
• Inspect and repair delivery equipment, tractors, trailers, bobtails, and related vehicles.
• Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues and document work orders.
• Mentor and train other technicians; ensure safe work practices.
