MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations for an on-demand bus fleet. You will ensure contractual requirements are met and reports are produced on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in fleet transit maintenance, 3+ years in supervisory roles, and the ability to manage a multi-person team and a maintenance budget. An Associate degree and CDL with passenger endorsement are preferred along with CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible fleet/transit maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain CDL with passenger endorsement.
• Experience with computerized maintenance or fleet management systems.
• Experience managing 10+ technicians and fleet personnel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all day-to-day maintenance aspects of the on-demand bus operation.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met and daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports are produced.
• Manage the budget for the maintenance program.
