Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management or as a Fleet Maintenance Manager.
• Ability to manage and schedule technicians while ensuring quality and safety.
• Experience with digital Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance operations ensuring maximum fleet readiness.
• Supervise and coach a team of diesel technicians.
• Act as the primary contact for drivers experiencing on-road issues.
