Job summary

Progressive is seeking a territory sales representative or senior territory sales representative for Progressive Fleet & Specialty programs. You’ll manage agencies within a geographic region to drive premium growth and support the sales process.

You’ll build relationships with agency leaders, provide in‑person education on fleet products, coordinate with underwriting and claims, and travel to meet with agencies across PA, NJ, NY, DE, WV, VA and New England.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or higher with 3+ years outside B2B sales or territory management experience OR Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of outside B2B sales/territory management experience.
• Licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer preferred.
• Insurance industry certifications (ARM, CIC, TRIP, TRS) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage agencies within a specific geographic region to support premium growth.
• Develop relationships with agency leaders and production staff.
• Provide in-person education on fleet products and sales/marketing support.
• Coordinate between agencies, underwriting and claims teams.
