Progressive Insurance is seeking a territory sales representative or senior territory sales representative for its Fleet & Specialty programs. You’ll manage agencies within a geographic region to support premium growth and the overall sales process, develop relationships with agency leaders, provide in-person education on fleet products and support sales with insureds and prospective insureds.

This role requires obtaining a Property & Casualty license within 90 days, covers PA, NJ, NY, DE, WV,

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years outside B2B sales or territory management with high school diploma.
• 3+ years outside B2B sales or territory management with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year in Progressive Agency Distribution Inside Sales role with degree.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Manage agencies within a defined geographic region to drive premium growth.
• Provide in-person education on fleet products and sales support.
• Collaborate with agency leaders, underwriting and claims teams.
• Travel and meet with agencies and teams; up to 50% overnight travel.
