Progressive is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to be the face of the company for independent agencies in the assigned territory. You will tailor meetings to create opportunities that benefit both Progressive and the agency and manage a growing book of business.

The role requires travel in the territory (60-70% overnight) and the ability to train with agents, with company vehicle, phone, laptop, and credit card provided. A high degree of self-management is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years outside B2B sales or territory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Progressive for independent agencies in your territory.
• Meet with agents to influence and increase utilization of Progressive products and services.
• Manage the book of business, overcome objections, and drive profitable growth.
• Partner with agencies to align goals and the company’s products.
