Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Fleet to drive financial performance and operational efficiency across one of the largest fleets in the infrastructure services industry.

You will report to the Procurement & Fleet function and translate data into actionable insights for a decentralized organization. The role focuses on maximizing fleet utilization enterprise-wide, supporting telematics and driver-coaching programs, and managing the national accounts portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills across multiple systems and large datasets.
• High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to distill data into takeaways.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with peers, operating units, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Drive fleet utilization by monitoring assets and redeployment opportunities across operating units.
• Assist with telematics and driver-coaching programs; deliver reporting and coordinate program rollout.
• Manage the national accounts portfolio; benchmark pricing and secure best-available rates.
• Prepare and distribute reporting on national accounts, spend, and utilization for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations on analyses across fleet functions.
