Job summary

Ironclad Powered by Mersino seeks a Senior Fleet Analyst to translate complex fleet data into actionable insights. You will own KPI development, ROI modeling, and capital planning, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance across a national fleet of assets.

You’ll build dashboards, conduct analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve utilization, maintenance costs, and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Physics, or another analytical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, operations analytics, quality engineering, business analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience with root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze fleet data including utilization, maintenance expense, repair history, fuel consumption, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for the Fleet & Service organization.
• Perform root cause analysis on KPI deviations and operational challenges; present findings to leadership.
