Job summary

The Dart Network in Eagan, MN is seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead a driver team, optimize routes, and ensure top-notch service and safety. You will work with the planning team to maximize miles, coverage, and on-time performance.

You will onboard new drivers, supervise daily checks, manage shifts, review performance, and coordinate with customer service and the asset team. A strong communicator with knowledge of HOS and hazmat procedures is essential.

Responsibilities
