Job summary

Nebius is headquartered in Amsterdam and is building a full-stack AI cloud platform with a global footprint. We are seeking a Fixed Assets Accountant to own asset accounting, support the close, and drive process optimization in a fast-growing international environment.

You will partner with finance, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and scalable asset processes while supporting audits and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fixed assets accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the fixed asset register with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset close activities.
• Coordinate fixed asset stock counts and control procedures.
• Improve purchasing and capitalization processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimize fixed asset workflows.
