Our client, a pre-IPO Colorado based pharmaceutical manufacturer, is adding a Senior Fixed Assets Accountant/Analyst to their team. This Senior will take on creating fixed asset management processes, ROI analysis, work with operations teams, and intercompany accounting. They are a growing through new acquisitions and won’t hold back on career development. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and paid time off with a hybrid work schedule on a team that is very stable and caring.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close duties, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
• Complete Fixed Asset and Depreciation and application of ASC 842
• Complete monthly journal entries, GAAP compliance, and analysis of equipment financing

Requirements:

• BS Accounting and 5+ years of GL and fixed assets experience
• Fixed Assets and depreciation experience
• System savvy in Excel and using AI tools
