Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Fixed Assets Analyst to support fixed asset accounting, capital expenditure processes, and related financial operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate asset records, assisting month-end close, and strengthening internal controls in a complex environment.

You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and operations to improve processes, resolve issues, and support SOX compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of fixed asset accounting and related financial processes.
• Experience supporting accounting process improvements and system enhancements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Support fixed asset accounting activities, including asset additions, transfers, retirements, disposals, and depreciation.
• Oversee month-end close activities related to fixed assets, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain fixed asset records, classifications, useful lives, and depreciation schedules.
• Support capital expenditure accounting, including project cost tracking and capitalization.
