Job summary

Linedata is seeking a Senior Electronic Trading Specialist to manage electronic trading needs for ETS clients from Boston or NY. The role includes project management, certification of the Linedata OMS, client and broker relations, and provisioning.

Occasional weekend maintenance and travel to client sites may be required. The candidate will provide 2nd line FIX support, work with internal teams on new functionality and bug fixes, and participate in team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years in financial services or software client support, preferably OMS/EMS.
• Ambitious, self-driven and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and English communication skills.
• Experience with buy-side trading applications and FIX endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Technical account management for ETS clients and ensure high service levels.
• Onboarding and certification of ETS clients; gather and analyze requirements.
• Design workflows and FIX specifications with clients and partners.
• Configure and test FIX connectivity between Linedata systems and clients.
• Provide 2nd line FIX issue support and coordinate with Helpdesk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement trading functionality and fixes.
• Perform FIX certifications across partner endpoints and liquidity integrations.
• Assist in internal projects and participate in team initiatives.
