Linedata, a global fintech provider, is seeking a Senior Electronic Trading Specialist in Boston or New York. You will manage all aspects of clients' electronic trading needs, including project management, certification and configuration of the Linedata OMS, and broker relationships.

You will provide second-line FIX support, work with internal teams to implement new trading functionality, and participate in ongoing client and team initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a financial services or software client support environment.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to assess risks and urgency in deliverables.
• Collaborative and team-driven mindset.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Experience with Order and Execution Management Systems.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Windows OS.

Aufgaben

• Technical account management of ETS clients; ensure high level of service delivery.
• Manage onboarding and certification process for ETS clients.
• Gather and analyze client requirements; create FIX specification and workflow design.
• Configure and test FIX connectivity between Linedata systems and client trading partners.
• Provide 2nd line support for FIX issues to clients and Helpdesk.
• Work with internal teams to drive new trading functionality and fixes.
• Perform FIX certifications with all endpoints including liquidity of partner integrations.
• Participate in internal projects and team initiatives.
• Attend weekly meetings and report back to the team.
