Job summary

Siemens Mobility's Bellevue, WA branch is seeking a Fire/Life Safety Solutions Senior Sales Executive to grow the Solutions (New Construction) business within our commercial Smart Buildings team. You will develop strategic accounts, manage contractor, consultant, and end-user relationships, and execute complex deals within our guidelines.

You will travel up to 10% for training and business development, build value-based proposals, and collaborate with operations to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end sales or business development in fire life safety or related construction industries.
• Experience with building fire alarm codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA).
• Proven ability to estimate, present, and negotiate in complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop market plans and go-to-market strategies for end-user customers.
• Maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and achieve booking and profit goals.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Attend industry events and build a network with engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Develop value-based proposals and manage multi-offering estimates and proposals.
