Qualifications

• End-to-end sales, business development, or consulting experience in commercial fire alarm/life safety or building construction industries.
• 3+ years experience in senior sales roles
• English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to grow and manage contractor, consultant, AHJ, developer, and end-user relationships; capitalize on sales opportunities within the territory.
• Grow opportunities and create go-to-market strategies for end-user customers.
• Maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and achieve new orders and profit goals.
• Collaborate with operations and other sales divisions for successful project outcomes.
• Attend industry networking events and professional organizations to build a market network.
• Travel overnight up to 10% for training and business development.
• Develop value-based proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations; work with multiple internal teams to secure the sale.
