Job summary

Professional Career Agents is seeking a Fire & Life Safety Service Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in the Memphis commercial market. You will develop new customers, grow existing relationships, and help organizations protect people, facilities, and operations.

You will work with healthcare, higher education, industrial, and other complex environments, balancing new business development with strategic account growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development within commercial Fire & Life Safety industries.
• Experience selling service agreements and technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of commercial Fire & Life Safety systems, equipment, and building safety codes (IFC, IBC, NFPA).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and market growth by identifying and closing Fire & Life Safety service opportunities.
• Grow strategic customer relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations.
• Own territory and pipeline with strategic account plans and accurate forecasts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives and offering value-driven solutions.
• Develop proposals and pricing strategies with internal teams to meet customer needs.
