Job summary

Total Safety U.S., Inc. is seeking a Tech IV Fire Technician to perform service inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire equipment across offshore and onshore sites. You will complete all paperwork, conduct safety tests, and collaborate with customers to ensure compliant installations and repairs.

A valid driver’s license, TWIC eligibility, and forklift certification are required. Role requires travel to customer sites, offshore projects, and demonstrated knowledge of NFPA standards

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence and valid proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass internal forklift certification as required.
• Must be willing to travel to customer’s site and offshore projects.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC card and pass safety testing such as OSHA 10.

Responsibilities

• Performs shop service and/or field inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire equipment.
• Completes documentation for inspection and repair for invoicing and records.
• Conducts detailed visual inspections and system functional tests of various systems.
• Pre-job, job update and post job completion briefs.
• Assists with stocking shelves and loading customer orders onto trucks.
