Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 12 years of relevant experience required.
• PE license required; may count toward 1 year of experience.
• FE exam preferred.
• Sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics and specs.
• Leads project and design efforts from concept to completion.
• Mentors less experienced designers and engineers; provides technical guidance.
• Ensures quality, schedule and cost targets are met across projects.
• Develops and maintains client relationships; supports business development.
