Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• PE license required; 1 year of relevant experience may count toward requirements.
• FE exam preferred; certifications aligned with sustainability (CDP, LEED, WELL) preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics and specifications.
• Leads project and design efforts from concept to completion.
• Reviews shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications.
• Mentors designers and engineers across teams, providing technical guidance.
• Ensures drawings meet scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements.
• Develops and maintains relationships with strategic partners and customers.
• Participates in client, company and industry events to build relationships.
