Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

• 12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the preparation of design documents and specifications.
• Leads project and design efforts from concept to completion.
• Mentors less experienced designers and engineers across teams.
• Develops client relationships and supports project staffing and scheduling.
