Job summary

IPC Systems seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical authority through the sales lifecycle, translating customer requirements into resilient IPC solutions that minimize risk.

Based in New York, you will deliver tailored demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Managed Services to ensure accurate, compelling proposals for North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with complex enterprise customers and architectures.
• Strong discovery and solution-architecture skills.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Eng, and Services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand business workflows and technical environment.
• Lead solution design including IPC components (CXU) and integration.
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses and customer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Managed Services.
• Ensure technical integrity and credible documentation.
