Job summary
IPC Systems, based in New York, seeks aSenior Solutions Engineer to translate customer requirements into resilient IPC solutions while enabling the Sales Team to win business without delivery risk. You will engage clients across North America and Canada, lead technical design discussions, and support RFP responses.
The role requires strong technical credibility, excellent communication, and the ability to work with product management, engineering, and services in a fast-paced financial markets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical professional.
- Experience with complex enterprise customers and architectures.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into solution architectures and respond to RFPs.
- Experience supporting presales opportunities from discovery through validation and handoff.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand business workflows, technical environments, and regulatory constraints.
- Design end-to-end IPC solutions including voice, turret, and collaboration services.
- Lead responses for RFIs and RFPs with accurate, credible technical documentation.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure successful delivery.
