IPC Systems is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across the Americas, developing and executing recruiting strategies that meet IPC's business objectives.

The role requires strong relationships, superb communication, and the ability to build talent pipelines for capital markets, fintech, and related functions. You will own end-to-end recruitment and drive continuous improvement, with a hybrid NYC-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in professional recruitment, fintech/capital markets preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and use data for decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own and nurture stakeholder relationships across the Americas, while supporting global hiring when needed.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, People, Legal, Operations, and Engineering.
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Develop creative approaches to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence and talent availability insights.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates, managers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with IPC processes and requirements.
• Contribute to scalable, innovative recruiting practices and a high-performance culture.
