Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager – Audit & Assurance to drive adoption and measurable value for strategic customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging audit expertise with Caseware capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sustained success.

You’ll guide customers through cloud and AI-enabled workflows, conduct reviews, and align outcomes with their business goals while collaborating with Account Management and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of external audit or assurance experience.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into practical customer workflows.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience advising partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud and AI-enabled capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation success relationship for strategic customers.
• Drive product adoption using insights and data to spot gaps and risks.
• Develop customer success plans linking Caseware features to goals.
• Help customers adopt cloud and AI capabilities and enable champions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and health checks for value realization.
• Partner with Account Management to deepen use of Caseware.
• Provide guidance to evolve audit workflows as Caseware matures.
• Coordinate resources to protect adoption and value realization.
• Voice of the customer to Product Management and teams.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a consistent experience.
• Contribute to scalable customer success playbooks.
