Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own complex design problems at the intersection of craft and AI-assisted making. You will shape how AI is integrated into everyday design, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to create cloud-based audit and analytics tools, and ensure accessibility and design-system alignment.

We value a portfolio with leadership under ambiguity, experience with AI-assisted tools, and strong communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional UX experience with a portfolio demonstrating leadership under ambiguity.
Ability to work at the intersection of design craft and AI-assisted making.
Strong understanding of accessibility and design systems.

Responsibilities

Design user experiences for Caseware’s cloud-based products from framing to implementation.
Shape how AI is integrated into design practice and maintain design judgement.
Develop human oversight moments in AI-driven workflows.
Evolve Caseware’s design system and ensure accessibility compliance.
Plan and lead user research, surface patterns, and share insights with the team.
Lead cross-functional design conversations and validate assumptions with AI prototypes.
Represent the team to stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration.
Mentor junior designers and grow design craft and AI skills.
Participate in design critiques and stay curious about UX trends.
