Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager – Audit & Assurance to join our Customer Experience team. You will manage post-implementation relationships with strategic customers, guiding adoption and measurable value from Caseware.

You will combine audit domain expertise with product knowledge to optimize workflows, promote cloud and AI capabilities, and drive long-term partnerships across internal teams.

This is a remote, full-time role in the United States with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of audit or assurance experience in a public accounting firm.
• CPA or Chartered Accountant designation.
• Deep understanding of audit workflows and how technology supports them.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into practical client workflows.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with automation and AI interest.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation success relationships for strategic customers.
• Drive product adoption using insights and data.
• Develop customer-specific success plans tied to business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize value realization.
• Conduct regular business reviews and health checks.
• Identify opportunities to deepen use of Caseware capabilities.

• Contribute to scalable customer success playbooks.
