Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech company, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide a team of 10–12 analysts and align business needs with a clear product strategy. You will build relationships with executives and stakeholders across B2B and B2C domains.

The role requires strong SQL, API integration, UI/UX awareness, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, and UML. You’ll mentor, plan resource allocation, and drive delivery against the roadmap while fostering a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in B2B or B2C, with a portfolio that includes both desktop and mobile projects.
• Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design, including experience with Figma.
• Experience with SQL and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work with API documentation and knowledge of API integration principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to present data insights.
• Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading a Business Analysis team of 10-12 members.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Would be a plus:Experience with Web/Mobile/Cloud platforms;3rd party integrations;

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives.
• Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with the customer’s objectives and priorities.
• Team management, mentoring, coaching, supportingPlanning and BA resourсe management
• Track and report on delivery progress according to roadmap, and adjust roadmap in case of changes in priorities or dependencies are revealed.
• Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them with the product team.
• Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
