Job summary

SCOR in Charlotte, NC seeks a senior professional to design and execute financial solutions for insurance clients, focusing on inforce mortality and morbidity, capital management, and related risk transactions.

The role emphasizes deal structuring, negotiations, approvals, and deal execution, with origination support and collaboration with pricing and actuary teams. Hybrid work policy applies, with relocation within the U.S. available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years in (re)insurance, with exposure to product development, capital management, and/or inforce management.
• Knowledge of statutory accounting is required.
• Ability to lead large, complex projects and transactions.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination support: source, market, and design client FinSol solutions; attend industry events; identify client-specific solutions.
• Deal execution: end-to-end process including origination, structuring, pricing, approvals, due diligence, and post-close transition.
• Coordinate with Pricing and Legal teams; manage internal approvals and negotiation; map path for internal acceptability.
