Job summary

SCOR Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a senior financial solutions professional to design, structure, and execute capital solutions for insurance clients, focusing on inforce mortality, morbidity, and related capital transactions. The role emphasizes deal structuring, approvals, and new solution development.

You will lead origination and execution, collaborate with pricing teams, manage due diligence and treaty drafting, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in (re)/insurance with exposure to product development, capital management, and/or inforce management.
• Strong knowledge of US statutory and GAAP accounting; IFRS17 is a plus.
• Ability to lead large, complex projects and transactions under tight deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with FinSol team and cross-functional partners to deliver client transactions.
• Lead due diligence and preparation of internal transaction documents and approvals.
• Attention to detail while maintaining the big picture.

Responsibilities

• Origination support: help US traditional market team source, promote, and design client solutions.
• Attend industry and client events; travel required.
• Identify, design and present client-specific financial solutions.
• Deal execution: end-to-end transaction analysis, pricing development, and obtaining internal approvals.
• Lead due diligence, treaty drafting and negotiations as applicable.
• Support post-close transition and onboarding.
• Identify client needs via market inputs and regulatory changes.
