Job summary

ServiceNow in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Senior Manager, FinOps - Private Cloud Capacity, Data Center Strategy & Supply Chain to lead data center migration, private cloud optimization, and automation of infrastructure financial operations.

This role partners with Capacity Engineering, Data Center Operations, Finance, Procurement, and AI Engineering to improve capital utilization, accelerate consolidation, and deliver KPIs and dashboards.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision processes.
12+ years in engineering, supply chain, finance, CS or related field (or 8+ with Master’s).
10+ years in FinOps, cloud economics, capacity planning, data center operations, or infrastructure finance.
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs (data center capacity, hardware procurement, CAPEX).
Strong understanding of asset depreciation, infrastructure accounting, financial planning, and capital investment management.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, finance, procurement and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead data center migration, consolidation, and exit strategies.
Drive asset retirement planning and financial analyses.
Evaluate contracts, identify risk and exit penalties.
Transform capacity supply chain with integrated planning across demand, procurement, manufacturing, logistics.
