Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, FinOps - Private Cloud Capacity, Data Center Strategy & Supply Chain to lead data center migration, private cloud capacity optimization, and automation of infrastructure financial operations.

You will partner with Capacity Engineering, Data Center Operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and AI Engineering to deliver measurable cost savings and improved asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into business processes and workflows.
• 12 years of related experience with a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, CS, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in FinOps, cloud economics, capacity planning, data center operations, supply chain management, or infrastructure finance.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure programs (data centers, hardware procurement, CAPEX planning).
• Strong understanding of asset depreciation, infrastructure accounting, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center migration and exit strategies.
• Drive financial planning for infrastructure retirement and capital recovery.
• Build dashboards and executive reporting on capacity, savings, and risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize asset utilization and procurement.
