• Experience managing and developing teams that build or operate large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Experience defining a 12-18 month functional and technical strategy tied to goals.
• Technical experience in public-cloud infrastructure and capacity-management systems.
• Ability to communicate availability, cost and capacity tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven use of AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflows.
• Strong integrity, data protection, and accountability for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Capacity Engineering team and define its 12–18 month strategy and roadmap.
• Develop CPU and GPU forecasts and supply plans balancing workload, cost and reliability.
• Design capacity requests, entitlements, and infrastructure-data systems.
• Improve utilization across Kubernetes-based platforms and GPU infrastructure.
• Establish metrics and operating practices for capacity risk and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cloud providers on capacity investments.
• Plan team structure, recruit senior talent, and build an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Apply AI to accelerate analysis while ensuring quality and verifiability.
