ServiceNow is seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Cloud FinOps Analyst to lead enterprise-scale cloud financial optimization across AWS, Azure, GCP, private infra, and AI services. You will work at the crossroads of Engineering, Finance, Product, and Procurement to transform cost and usage data into actionable strategies that boost efficiency and gross margin.

In this role you will govern ownership and accountability, optimize rates, realize savings, and shape AI-powered tooling.

Qualifications

Extensive FinOps, cloud economics, infrastructure analytics, or technology-finance experience.
Strong AWS, Azure, and GCP pricing knowledge.
Advanced SQL, forecasting, and financial-modeling skills.
Experience building internal data products and applying AI to analytical workflows is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Governance: define ownership, accountability, tagging, allocation enforcement, budgets and alerts.
Rate optimization: manage Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, pricing instruments, and forecasts.
Savings realization: build an enterprise pipeline and measure realized savings with executive scorecards.
AI tooling: contribute to the AI-powered FinOps Control Tower and analytics models.
Cost visibility: develop unit-economics models and advise engineering/finance leadership.
