Job summary

ServiceNow is hiring for Global Cloud Services to manage Public Cloud Cost & Usage governance. You will lead efforts in migration planning, tracking, and cost optimization across major cloud providers, reporting to the Director of Cloud FinOps.

You will build forecasting models, manage discount programs, and create dashboards to provide actionable insights. Strong English communication and FinOps experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12y with Bachelor's or 8y with Master's or 5y with PhD in a relevant field (Finance, IT, Cloud Computing, or Business).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven FinOps or cloud financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud cost management tools and forecasting techniques.
• Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud spending across AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain cloud cost forecasting models.
• Manage commit-based-discounts to optimize long-term costs.
• Provide visibility through dashboards and reports on cloud expenses.
• Define and promote cost allocation to measure cost per customer and per instance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in cost management.
• Work with providers on demand planning and capacity reservation.
• Collaborate with GTM on customer migration planning and tracking.
