Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi‑cloud and on‑prem portfolio. You will establish a new FinOps function, partner with engineering, finance, and procurement, and deliver cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/showback models.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required; experience with SaaS management platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud pricing and billing models; ability to decompose variances and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Operates cloud cost management platforms (Vantage, SaaS and data services) across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI; develops dashboards and executive views.
• Manages commitment portfolios (RI, savings plans) and run-rate modeling; supports renewal negotiations and cost benchmarking.
• Builds and maintains technology cost forecasts; partners with Finance on budget development and variance analysis.
• Establishes FinOps operating model and governance; drives maturity and adoption across engineering and finance.
