Job summary

TSP talent seeks an experienced Fine Wine Sales Representative to join its Connecticut team. The role focuses on building a strong, regional portfolio with restaurants and retailers in Fairfield and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has proven wine sales success, deep knowledge of French/European wines, and established CT contacts. Base salary is $80,000 with commissions leading to $100,000–$120,000+ depending on performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in wine sales, CT preferred.
• Strong knowledge of French/European wines.
• Existing relationships in Fairfield (restaurants/retail) are valued.
• Understanding of CT compliance and pricing.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Prospect and open new accounts within the territory.
• Present and sell wines to buyers, sommeliers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct tastings, staff training, and in-store promotions.
• Maintain CRM and activity tracking, providing market feedback.
• Support brand building initiatives and supplier visits.
