• Experience synthesizing information, leading client meetings, and using PM best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current-state processes and identify pain points.
• Develop flow charts and process maps.
• Gather and document requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers and client stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and track results.
• Develop SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Provide routine progress reporting.
• Facilitate internal meetings and client discussions.
• Support agile ceremonies (daily standups, retrospectives).
