Responsibilities

• Transform Financial Management processes with analytics and automation to modernize financial workflows and drive data-driven decisions for FM offices.
• Identify and deliver end-to-end process improvements, assess current-state processes, and implement changes to optimize operations.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement by analyzing root causes and implementing preventive changes.
• Embed FM standards and federal policy requirements into solution design in partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Create trainings, user guides, SOPs, memos, briefings, and presentations for stakeholder engagement.
• Build realistic project plans and provide regular updates to senior clients to confirm shared understanding.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to modernize financial processes through innovative solutions.
