Guidehouse is seeking a motivated Consultant/Senior Consultant/Managing Consultant to join our Commercial Financial Services Advisory practice in the United States. You will support client engagements across banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintechs, driving risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives.

You will analyze complex problems, develop actionable solutions, build stakeholder relationships, and lead workshops with client leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in financial services or related advisory roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead client engagements within banking, insurance, capital markets, fintechs, and other areas of financial services.
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
