Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting; includes experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Heightened attention to detail and ability to create/edit technical and non-technical documents and presentations.
• Experience leading client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership.
• Experience utilizing project management best practices.
• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Help clients optimize financial management by transforming processes.
• Interact with client senior management and develop skills in leadership and client service.
• Collaborate to modernize financial processes using innovative solutions.
• Lead initiatives and present to stakeholders for iterative feedback.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Power Platform and Office tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to financial tools and templates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to complete current-state assessments and future-state recommendations.
• Support end-to-end development efforts and ensure timelines are followed.
• Communicate project updates to senior-level executives regularly.
• Embed financial management standards aligned with federal policies, audit readiness, and operational integrity.
• Develop automation, data analytics, and visualization capabilities for financial use cases.
