Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Management Transformation professional in Washington, DC to help modernize federal financial processes and deliver analytics-driven solutions. You will work with senior stakeholders, implement Power Platform solutions, and build performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in transformation or data analytics, with eligibility for a US Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Two years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau.
• Ability to lead client meetings and present recommendations to senior-level leadership.
• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions for iterative feedback.
• Create performance metrics and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Identify and implement process improvements across financial tools and templates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to complete current-state assessments and define future-state solutions.
