Guidehouse in McLean, VA is seeking a Manager in our Financial Management (FM) practice to lead finance transformation initiatives for Department of War clients. You will drive end-to-end modernization of financial operations, improve transparency, and align processes with federal standards.

You will leverage analytics and tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake to deliver dashboards, automate workflows, and develop AI-driven insights, while mentoring teams and engaging senior executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years in financial management consulting or related roles with transformation experience.
• Hands-on data analytics, automation, and AI tools in financial management use cases.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities for fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects for DoD clients.
• Assess current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
