Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and enhance internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials with a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

Location: The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred; remote candidates will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as building reports and dashboards, configuring business processes, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing feature adoption, and testing new releases.
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and develop scalable solutions.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve business processes.
4. Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment support.
5. Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including designs, requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
7. Manage system controls in line with reporting, audit, and compliance objectives.
8. Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
9. Uphold company values through consistent commitment and professionalism.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
3. Experience in configuring complex requirements, optimizing workflows, managing integrations, and creating detailed reports.
4. Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Compensation

Relativity offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $88,000 to $132,000, based on experience and qualifications. The final offer will consider various factors to ensure internal pay equity and future salary growth opportunities.
