The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred, but remote applicants will also be considered.

Responsibilities

1. Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as report and dashboard creation, business process configuration, integrations, setup data maintenance, feature adoption, and testing.
2. Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to support and improve business processes.
4. Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment.
5. Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
6. Create comprehensive documentation including designs, requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
7. Manage system controls related to reporting, audits, and compliance.
8. Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
9. Uphold company values consistently.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience with ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
3. Experience with complex requirements, workflows, integrations, and reporting optimization.
4. Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Compensation

Relativity offers competitive pay, including a base salary, performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $88,000 to $132,000, based on experience and qualifications.
